All orders are shipped USPS Mail by Girls Got Glam. You will receive a confirmation number when item is mailed out. In an unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable before being deleted from our website, we will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase and your money will be refunded or you can substitute the item for another of equal or lesser value. You may also request to be notified when the item becomes available.
Return Policy:
It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If our product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 7 days upon receipt to return your merchandise (unused, with tags still attached, and a copy of the original invoice) in order to receive a refund, excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return your item to us.
